Stephanie Carvin is an Assistant Professor of International Relations at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University in Ottawa. Her research focuses on domestic and international security, international law, terrorism, and technology. She currently teaches in the areas of international security, foreign policy, and critical infrastructure protection.
From 2012 to 2015, she was a national security analyst with the Government of Canada.
